Tisha Larice Frederick is an entrepreneur and creative strategist who loves engaging with good people and learning new things. Tisha currently works as an Independent Insurance Broker and is licensed in 45 states. She navigated her way into this role after having earned an Associate’s Degree in Communications, A Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, a Master’s Degree in Accounting, PMP Project Management Certification and after having worked many years in Corporate America in various capacities for several companies such as IBM, Lucent Technologies, Humana, Fujitsu, State Farm and Pearson Education.

 I assist the "Older American" population (Seniors) with navigating through the complicated and complex world of Medicare. I break down those complex concepts into relatable and understandable information so that my clients can clearly understand their Medicare options and confidently make healthcare decisions that fit them best. I also offer them education and information on other insurance products such as Dental, Life, Final Expense, Cancer and Critical Illness Policies. My handle is “Your-Advocate-4-Health” and I really love what I get to do every day; it's not sitting behind a desk, instead, I’m out and about in the community educating and advising the community which also includes hosting and facilitating events and programs that are informative and much needed. 

 If you ask me, I would say that my primary role is educator; after educating my clients, I consult and advise them. Most people think that it’s sales; but I find that education is key, and it builds trust and adds value for my clients who look to me to hold their hands as a professional partner and give them a sense of empowerment to make informed decisions that literally impacts their lives.
